This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for much of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Thunderstorms return to the forecast late Tuesday afternoon and
evening. There will be a Slight Risk of severe weather over the
western half of the state with large hail, damaging wind, and a
few tornadoes all possible.

Chances for additional thunderstorms ramp up again late Wednesday
night through late Thursday, with less chances to end the week and
into the weekend. The severe weather threat for the rest of the
week, and timing of storm chances, will be better evaluated in
the coming days, but moderate to locally heavy rains are
anticipated, especially south.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters may be needed at times late Tuesday afternoon and
evening, and then again late Wednesday through late Thursday.
