...Slow Moving Storms Producing Locally Heavy Rainfall...

A broken line of slowly moving thunderstorms is affecting parts of
northern Iowa early this morning. Some of the storms are producing
localized rainfall amounts in excess of two inches in just an hour
or two. This will lead to minor flooding of streets and low lying
areas. The storms should weaken and move out of the area later
this morning.
