.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds and seas
will begin to increase late this afternoon as a high pressure
gradient builds along the coast, with northerly gales expected in
the outer waters by late Monday. 14 to 16 foot steep seas are
possible through mid-week, with the highest wave heights gradually
shifting to the northern outer waters alongside the highest wind
gusts Wednesday and Thursday.
