Regional Weather Summary

An upper level trough will keep cooler and unsettled weather
across the region over the next few days.

Today will be cloudy with rain and snow showers over central
Montana in the morning and then spreading to the rest of eastern
Montana in the afternoon hours as low pressure moves across the
area. An isolated thunderstorm may be possible across far eastern
Montana and western North Dakota in the afternoon along with
gusty northwest winds. Highs will range from the lower 40s over
central Montana to the mid 50s in western North Dakota.

Tonight, rain and snow showers in the evening will dry out
partially for southeast Montana and southwest North Dakota. Lows
will span from the mid 20s over central Montana to the mid 30s in
western North Dakota.

Friday, rain and snow showers will return briefly to most areas
during the day with the heaviest showers across the north Montana.
Highs will stretch from the lower 40s in the far north and central
Montana mountains to the mid 50s along river valleys in the south.
