Island TX out 60 nautical miles including Sabine and

GMZ400-100415-
1056 AM CDT Tue Apr 9 2024

.SYNOPSIS...
Elevated southerly winds will continue into mid-week as a tight
pressure gradient lingers between high pressure to our east and
lower pressures to our west and northwest...and a Small Craft
Advisory remains in effect on the coastal waters. A series of
upper level disturbances will bring increased chances of showers
and thunderstorms through Wednesday, before a cold front sweeps
through the area, ending rain chances and ushering in brisk west
to northwest winds Wednesday night. Winds will eventually diminish
by late week before shifting more southerly as high pressure slips
past the region.
