ABOVE NORMAL PRECIPITATION IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE DURING THE MONTH WAS 21.0 DEGREES, WHICH WAS
1.5 DEGREE BELOW NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 30.9
DEGREES AND THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 11.1 DEGREES. THE
HIGHEST TEMPERATURE WAS 59 DEGREES, WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 27TH. THE
LOWEST READING WAS 12 DEGREES BELOW ZERO, WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 6TH.

A TOTAL OF 1.22 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FELL DURING THE MONTH, WHICH
WAS SEVENTEEN HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH ABOVE NORMAL. THE GREATEST 24-
