* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Mel Price LD.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Flood Stage.  Minor flooding begins to
  occur at this level.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 21.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:30 AM CDT Sunday was 21.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 19.1 feet
    Saturday morning.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:00 AM CDT Sunday was 30.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Wednesday morning and continue falling to 25.6 feet
    Saturday morning.
  - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
