.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A thermal
trough will develop Tuesday afternoon with gusty north winds and
steep wind-driven seas peaking late Wednesday and persisting into
Thursday night. Gales and very steep seas are possible south of
Cape Blanco. The thermal trough will weaken late this week.
