...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30.

* WHERE...Central Siskiyou County, including the Shasta and Scott
  valleys.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing. Pets and animals may need to be sheltered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 8 PM
PDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE...Central and Eastern Lake County. Includes the communities
  of Silver Lake, Alkali Lake, and Christmas Valley. Affected
  roadways include Highway 31 near Silver Lake and Highway 395 near
  Alkali Lake.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
