.DISCUSSION...Mostly cloudy skies will start the day followed by
gradually decreasing clouds during the afternoon hours with no
precipitation expected. Winds will start W 5-10 mph around sunrise
then increase to 15-20 mph with gusts around 25 mph from late
morning through the early evening hours. RH values will bottom
out in the 35-40 percent range this afternoon.

                    mostly sunny (30-40 percent).
