...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 AM EDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Blount, Bradley, Hamilton, Knox, Loudon, McMinn, Meigs,
  Monroe, Polk and Sevier.

* WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1108 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cleveland, Maryville, Athens, Lenoir City, Alcoa, Sweetwater,
    Loudon, Madisonville, Benton, Etowah, Louisville, Rockford,
    Charleston, Eagleton Village, East Cleveland, Wildwood Lake,
    South Cleveland, Englewood, Vonore and Greenback.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
