.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will drift S over the S waters tonight,
then shift E of the area Tue through Wed night while maintaining
a ridge across the S portion. A stationary front will continue
over the area tonight, then slowly move E and NE across the N
waters as a warm front Tue into Tue night. Weak low pressure will
track E just N of the waters Tue night into Wed, then pass E of
the waters later Wed and Wed night while pulling a weakening cold
front through the area through Thu night. A weak high pressure
ridge will build S over the waters Thu night through Sat night.
