Past 24 hour precipitation...
Widespread moderate to heavy rain fell across western
Pennsylvania, the northern panhandle of West Virginia
and extreme eastern Ohio over the past 24 hours. Rainfall
amounts ranged from 0.75 to 4.00 inches.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.10 to 0.75
inches.

River trends...
Area rivers and streams are rising sharply in response to the
recent heavy rainfall. These rises are resulting in flood
warnings along the Ohio River and portions of the lower
Allegheny River. Other areas in eastern Ohio and the upper
Allegheny are also under flood warnings.
