.DISCUSSION...

* Gusty southwesterly winds return to the burn area this afternoon
  ahead of a fast moving cold front that makes an overnight passage
  through the region.

* The poor mixing and ventilation through the morning will be
  quickly replaced with good to excellent conditions this afternoon.

* Periods of snow showers later this evening and overnight will
  bring 5-8 inches of accumulated snow to the burn area. Showers
  and lighter breezes will continue through the weekend.

Sky/Weather.........Mostly cloudy then becoming partly cloudy.
                    15-20% chance of showers late in the afternoon.
Temperature.........29-33 at ignition...Max 52.
RH..................38-43% at ignition...Min 31-35%.
20-Foot Winds.......Winds southwest at 7 mph at
                    ignition...otherwise Southwest winds 7-12 mph
                    increasing to 12-18 mph with gusts to 30-40 mph
                    late in the afternoon.
