BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE IN FEBRUARY WAS 15.3 DEGREES, WHICH WAS 5
DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 24.1 DEGREES
AND THE AVERAGE LOW WAS 6.6 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE IN THE
MONTH WAS 44 DEGREES, WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 27TH. THE LOWEST READING
WAS 11 DEGREES BELOW ZERO, WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 6TH.
