.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND
INLAND WATERS...High pressure will continue to develop and move  into the coastal
waters today, which will interact with low  pressure over land.
High pressure will to dominate through the end of the week, with
the next frontal system not expected until  Saturday.
