Mild and dry conditions continue into the start of the work week
with a light southerly breeze and afternoon humidity falling to as
low as 30 percent. A system will move across mainly western and
central South Dakota tonight into Tuesday for a couple of tenths of
an inch of rainfall, with dry conditions returning late in the day.
