.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns are low through midweek for western and
north central Nebraska. Humidity remains above 30 percent during
the period, and widespread wetting rains are expected Monday
evening and Tuesday. For wind, southerly gusts to 20 mph are
possible in the panhandle Monday. A quick change to northwest
wind is progged for Tuesday morning with a cold front passage.
Speeds pick up through the day with gusts approaching 30 mph.
