Fire Weather Planning Forecast for SW VA...SE WV and NW NC
National Weather Service Blacksburg VA
907 PM EDT Fri Apr 20 2018

.DISCUSSION...

A large area of high pressure will cover the eastern United States
through Saturday. Low pressure over the lower Mississippi Valley
on Sunday will track northeast to the Virginia coast by Wednesday.
This will bring widespread rain and below normal temperatures to
the Mid Atlantic region Monday and Tuesday.

Saturday will be a dry day with humidity minimums slightly higher
(20 to 35 percent range) compared to Friday. With high pressure
overhead, winds will be light and variable resulting in weak smoke
transport.
