.DISCUSSION...

Fair but occasionally gusty conditions are expected for the rest
of the afternoon.

Temperatures will continue to climb into to
upper 60s with the normal daytime diurnal pattern with dew points
in the lower 50s. Surface pressure will also remain steady into
tonight. Biggest concern is in regards to gusty winds which will
stay out of the northwest around 15 mph sustained with gusts up to
25 mph at times. These winds will begin to die down in the
evening into the overnight after the sun begins to set.
