.DISCUSSION...

Low pressure over the Tennessee Valley will approach the region
tonight and Tuesday, and move up the Eastern Seaboard Wednesday.
Rain will develop and overspread the region tonight, and continue
through early Wednesday. Drying is anticipated Wednesday night and
Thursday, but winds are not expected to be strong or gusty.

                    midnight, then rain early in the morning.
