.DISCUSSION...The air mass remain unstable, and a low pressure
system over Nevada will circulate moisture over southeast Oregon
today. This will result in scattered showers and thunderstorms
near the burn site in the afternoon. Otherwise, temperatures will
be warmer and RHs lower compared to yesterday. Winds will be
relatively light. The overall weather pattern changes little on
Wednesday, and additional showers and possible thunderstorms are
expected.

Sky/weather.........Sunny then becoming partly cloudy. A chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms after 1400.
CWR.................less than 10 percent.
Max temperature.....75.
Min humidity........37 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Downslope 0-2...becoming upslope west-northwest wind 3-6 mph
                    after 1000. Gusty and erratic winds expected near thunderstorms
                    in the afternoon.
Transport winds.....North around 8 mph.

                    slight chance of thunderstorms in the evening.
