This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for west central Minnesota,
central South Dakota, north central South Dakota and northeast
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Widely scattered showers and thunderstorms can be expected across the
region this afternoon. Any stronger storms that develop may be
capable of gusty winds over 40 mph and small hail generally smaller
than quarter size.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Thunderstorms are expected to develop along an inverted surface
trough in east central SD late this afternoon through this evening.
Some of these may be severe with large hail (1 inch) and strong
winds (60 mph).

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be requested after 3PM CDT. Weather spotters
are encouraged to submit reports to the National Weather Service in
Aberdeen. The public can submit reports on our web page, Facebook
page, or our Twitter feed.
