This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

The North Platte River is expected to reach minor flood stage late
today near Lewellen, cresting late Monday or early Tuesday, and
is then forecast to remain high rest of the week. Elsewhere,
river levels will become elevated near North Platte today with
river levels falling Tuesday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

Chances for isolated to scattered thunderstorms return to the
area Monday afternoon and evening, and continue then through
Thursday. A few strong or severe storm are possible, however,
confidence in occurrence or location is low at this time. Stay
tuned to later forecasts for more details as we get closer and
confidence increases.
