New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A low pressure trough will
move SE across the waters this morning. High pressure will move E
across the waters today, then shift E of the waters tonight and
Thu. Developing low pressure will approach the waters from the SW
Thu, then track NE near the coast Thu night into Fri night while
pulling a cold front SE across the area. The low will further
strengthen NE of the area Sat and Sat night as another cold front
moves across the waters. High pressure will build E toward the
waters Sat night and Sun, and pass S of the area Sun night as a
cold front moves S into the waters.
