West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front over the S waters
this morning will continue to move slowly S today before
becoming stationary over the far S waters and dissipating. High
pressure will build across the area from the NW today, then shift
to the S waters tonight into early Sun as another cold front
approaches from the NW. The front will move SE over the northern
and central portions later Sun into early Mon as the high shifts
S of the waters. A weak high will build over the waters from the
NW later Mon and Mon night as the front dissipates over the
southern waters, then persist into Tue night. Another cold front
will near the coast from the W Tue night, then move across the
area Wed and Wed night.

becoming SE 5 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
