height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
trough will strengthen along the coasts of Washington and
Vancouver Island early tonight, then persist into Sun night while
weakening. A high W of the area will slowly weaken as it moves to
the S and SW tonight through Sun night while maintaining a ridge
just W of the region. The ridge will then move over the waters
later Mon into Wed night while continuing to weaken.
