.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure will
move W and NW of the area tonight, as a front moves into the
waters. Another low pressure will develop along the front tonight
and move N and NW across the area Mon and Mon night. Low pressure
will approach the area Tue into Wed, and slowly move NE over the
waters Wed night through Fri night while weakening.
