.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front over the waters
will move SE into the southern portion tonight into Sat. A high
pressure ridge will build NE across the central and northern
waters Sat and Sat night, then move SE across the central and
into the southern waters Sun and Sun night, as another cold front
moves across the northern and central waters. Low pressure will
form along the front over the N waters Sun night and move NE. The
cold front will stall across the far central waters Mon into Mon
night then dissipate Tue, as high pressure remains across the
southern waters. Low pressure will approach the area Tue and Tue
night, and move across the far northern waters Wed and Wed night.
