New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
build E across the southern New England waters today into
tonight, then move off to the E Tue. A weakening cold front will
drift S into the Gulf of Maine tonight, then dissipate Tue. A
warm front will lift N into the waters early Tue night, as a
developing low moves E over the Gulf of Maine. Another cold front
will cross the area later Tue night into Wed, as the low moves
off to the E. A low pressure trough will pass SE over the waters
later Wed into Wed night, followed by high pressure building E
and SE over the area Thu. The high will move off to the SE Thu
night into early Fri. Another low will pass just N of the area
Fri, with a third low approaching the waters from the NW Fri
night.
