...Frost/Freeze Program for Spring 2019...

The frost/freeze program for spring 2019 started on May 11th for
the Down East Region of Maine. This coming Tuesday, May 21st the
program will expand north and will include most of the remainder
of northern and eastern Maine. The only areas where the program will
not be active are northern Somerset, northern Piscataquis, and
northwest Aroostook Counties where the program does not begin until
June 1st.

A frost advisory will be issued if temperatures are expected to
drop to 32 to 36 degrees, and a freeze warning will be issued if
temperatures are expected to drop below freezing. If you have any
