8 PM CDT THIS EVENING FOR FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITIES FOR
NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA...

* WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 17 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...Up to 83.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* SEVERITY...

  FUELS (ERC)...70th-89th percentile...4 (out of 5).
