* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Lincoln County, South Central Mountains, Chaves
  County Plains, and Southwest Chaves County.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on north to
  south oriented roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust may limit visibility,
  including the southwest side of Roswell along the Relief Route.
