.DISCUSSION...

For today, minimum relative humdities in the upper 20 percent
range are expected over portions of the far southwest this
afternoon. However, weak winds and increasing chances for
precipitation through the day today keep fire weather concerns
low.

An active pattern is expected across the forecast area
through the end of the workweek, with daily chances for rain
showers and high forecast minimum relative humidities. Breezy to
wind conditions are expected across western and central North
Dakota on Friday, though fire weather concerns remain limited due
to the aforementioned rain chances and high minimum relative
humdities.
