Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...An enhanced pressure gradient will produce adverse to
hazardous winds and seas along the Lower Texas Coast through mid-
week. Small Craft Should Exercise Caution and Small Craft Advisory
will be needed in response to the stronger winds and higher seas.
More favorable marine conditions will occur later in the week as
the gradient relaxes.
