.DISCUSSION...

Another warm, dry, and breezy day, but with wind speeds reduced
from the previous days. This will mean fire weather still elevated,
but not quite critical. Temperatures will be just a couple of degrees
warmer than normal, relative humidity still near the single-digits,
and winds in the 15-20 mph range. An east push arrives Friday and
Saturday to bring in some minor moisture for some relief. Isolated
showers or storms will be possible for central and eastern areas. That
moisture exits late Saturday, with the region returning to warm, dry,
and breezy with elevated fire weather.
