.SYNOPSIS...

Moderate to strong northerly winds and building seas expected today
through Tuesday morning, and will lead to lead to small craft advisory
conditions over most of the local coastal waters. Winds will decrease
and turn onshore Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday as high pressure
then builds across area waters once again. A weak cold front will
enter the area waters during the latter part of this week, then
stall and move back to the north this weekend.
