.DISCUSSION...

Light and variable winds this morning will switch to a stronger and
more sustained southeast component of 10 to 15 mph by mid-afternoon.
Initially, the wind shift will take hold as part of a developing
lake-breeze as temperatures climb to around 80 degrees and the
difference between the lake waters and land rise above the critical
6 degree threshold.  However, by mid-afternoon the lake breeze will
be supplanted by stronger south-southeast winds driven by a
strengthening pressure differential between a high pressure system
centered to the east and a developing low in the Plains states.
These stronger sustained south-southeast winds of 10 to 15 mph will
persist into the overnight hours and will further intensify to 15 to
20 mph by tomorrow.  Humidity values will increase on the back of
this south-southeast flow with minimum humidity of 50 to 55 percent
expected today.  Due to the strong winds expected tonight, there is
a zero percent chance of fog development.

1. Other than the risk of fog early this morning, there is a zero
percent chance of fog formation at the burn site tonight into tomorrow
morning.

2. A weak lake breeze is expected to develop between 10 am and
Noon today, but this lake breeze will be quickly overcome by stronger
gradient winds by 2 pm.

3. High tide is at 259 PM today.  Low tide will be at 120 AM tonight.
Tide range is 0.7 feet.
