This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible this afternoon
and evening across portions of the far southeastern Texas Panhandle,
eastern South Plains and the Rolling Plains. Large hail up to two
inches in diameter and damaging winds gusts up to 70 mph are the
main threats, but a tornado or two cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Windy and dry conditions Thursday will lead to critical fire weather
concerns across portions of the South Plains and far southwestern
Texas Panhandle. Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are
expected late Thursday afternoon through early Friday morning along
and east of the I-27/US-87 corridor.

Another round of strong to severe thunderstorms may be possible on
Saturday.
