.DISCUSSION...

Deep mixing heights to almost 6000 feet AGL are expected today. A
high-based cloud deck is expected to build into the area by
middle to late morning, and a few sprinkles or very light rain
showers may make it to the surface from these clouds this
afternoon. Relative humidity values today will fall to around 43
percent, and could drop to around 40 percent if temperatures warm
a little higher than forecast. Winds will remain brisk out of the
west to northwest today. Smoke dispersal values will be in the
excellent category today as well.

                    the afternoon.
