Fog potential and other remarks..Patchy fog is possible this morning,
then again after midnight tonight.

.REST OF TODAY...Light northerly winds will shift to southeast to southerly
by afternoon as high pressure east of the burn site dominates. Relatively
light surface and transport winds will limit dispersions to fair at best today.
More organized southerly flow Friday will bring higher dispersions, with good
dispersions expected.
