.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will build NE over the waters
today and tonight, then persist into Wed night. A coastal low
pressure trough will strengthen as it expands north along the
southern Oregon coast Wed night through Thu night, then weaken on
Fri and Fri night while moving up the coast.
