New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strengthening low pressure
approaching from the SW early today will move NE over the waters
this afternoon into tonight while pulling a warm front N into
the waters today, followed by a trailing cold front crossing the
waters from W to E later today and tonight. The strong low will
cross the Canadian Maritimes early Sun, as another low forms and
also strengthens along the front to the S of the waters. The low
will remain S of the area later Sun into Mon while it continues
to intensify. The low will only slowly weaken Mon night into Tue
night as it moves off to the SE passing just W then S of Bermuda.
A weakening high pressure ridge will build E over the region Wed,
followed by a cold front moving E and SE into the area Wed night
as yet another low develops well to the SW of the waters.
