.DISCUSSION...An upper level weather system will increase
winds from the northwest between 6-12 mph, with increases
to 15 mph and gusts up to 20 mph in the afternoon Monday.
Minimum relative humidities Monday will be on the rise to
upper 20s to lower 30s. Winds will decrease overnight, but
will increase to 5-10 mph from the north Tuesday afternoon
with minimum RHs decreasing to lower to mid 20s. RH recoveries
will be excellent in the overnight hours.
