* WHAT...West winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 6
  to 9 ft expected.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican
  Border and out to 30 nm.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 10 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
