COLDEST APRIL ON RECORD SINCE 1998. THE WARMEST READING OF THE MONTH
WAS 62 DEGREES ON THE 28TH...AND THE COLDEST READING WAS 17 BELOW ON
THE 3RD...BREAKING THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 14 BELOW FROM 2008. ALSO A
RECORD HIGH OF 62 WAS TIED ON THE 28TH FROM 2007.

TOTAL PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH WAS 3.95 INCHES...WHICH WAS 190
PERCENT OF NORMAL.  THIS MADE IT THE 2ND WETTEST APRIL ON RECORD
SINCE 1998. THE WETTEST 24 HOUR PERIOD OF THE MONTH WAS THE
2ND WHEN 0.92 INCHES FELL. THIS ALSO BREAKS THE PREVIOUS DAILY
RECORD OF 0.54 SET IN 2007.  THREE OTHER RECORDS WERE ALSO BROKEN
