.SYNOPSIS...A relatively weak cold front will pass across the
lower Texas coastal waters tonight. Scattered showers and
thunderstorms will continue into early tonight along the front.
While winds and seas may become elevated near any thunderstorms,
Small Craft Advisories are not anticipated.
