.DISCUSSION...Subtropical Storm Alberto in the far southeastern
Gulf of Mexico will be moving steadily northward through
Wednesday. This will bring increased rain chances over coastal
Mississippi through early Tuesday. Relatively drier northerly
flow is expected to develop today over Louisiana and
southwest Mississippi and linger through Tuesday before
transitioning to a more humid flow middle of next week.
