.DISCUSSION...Another spring storm system will bring rain, snow, and
gusty winds to the area late today into Tuesday. A few inches of snow
will be possible across northeastern Wyoming, northwestern South
Dakota, and the foothills of the Black Hills, with the higher
elevations of the northern Black Hills receiving up to 6 inches.
Other areas will receive mainly rain. Gusty northwesterly winds
are expected Monday evening and overnight.
