.DISCUSSION...
Main forecast concern will be the potential for an isolated dry
thunderstorm or two this afternoon and evening causing strong and
erratic wind gusts while providing little or no rain. A back door
cold front will drop into the Rio Grande Valley early Tuesday
evening, with a sudden and strong wind shift from the south to
southeast.
