.DISCUSSION...Conditions are expected to continue to
deteriorate through the day Thursday as precipitation is expected
to pick up and increase during the day. Some convection is
possible during the day on Thursday as lightning has been
detected over the Mt Fairweather region. Precipitation is expected
to come to an end by Friday afternoon. Ceilings and visibilities
will also increase during this time and are expected to rise to
around 10k feet and greater than 6SM through Saturday. Conditions
will worsen starting Sunday morning as the next system starts to
approach the area.
